I was on my way out of Keremeos and I saw some smoke in the air. My first thought was that the highway was closed because of a forest fire and I would be driving home through Kelowna… long drive.
The highway was open and I got some great fruit and veggies too, BUT when I left Keremeos I got to watch a forest fire in it’s beginning stages and I saw a great helicopter fight it. Check it out:

that’s a nice little Bell 206 out there…I love helicopters they are so cool to watch flying around
